Cartmell Lakes is currently under construction with a planned opening in Spring 2022. This new 46-acre community will be nestled in the Cartmell woods next to Town Creek and South Loop 256. Cartmell Lakes will be a maintenance free and socially interactive living environment. Amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, indoor pool, yoga studio, table tennis, pickle ball court, bocce ball, putting green, walking paths, daily meals, coordinated activities and social events, and housekeeping services. Our Cottages and Garden Homes will offer a variety of floor plans ranging from 950 to 1,500 square feet, including a two car garage to allow enough room for your vehicle and a golf cart. Executive home plans are available upon request. We also have a limited supply of single story apartment units with covered parking and a variety of floor plans to choose from.
